In addition to our usual Rules & Regulations, by entering this contest you agree:

The COUNTRY 89 “Heritage Classic Tickets” is a contest running Monday February 28th 2022 to Tuesday March 8th 2022. This qualifies contestants for a grand prize of a pair of tickets to see the 2022 Heritage Classic, Sunday March 13th in Hamilton between the Toronto Maple Leafs and The Buffalo Sabres. The tickets are valued at Approx. $350 per ticket ($700 for the pair) and must be accepted as awarded, no exchanges, substitutions and has no cash value.

Contestants can enter by going to www.country89.com and filling out the online ballot on our contest page. You must submit a photo of you indicating which team you support. The two teams are the Toronto Maple Leafs or The Buffalo Sabres. Submitting a photo and filling out the information on the online ballot will be your chance to qualify to win. The contestant with the best photo will win the grand prize. The winner will be announced Wednesday February 9th. The prize will not be awarded to listeners who have won within the past 30 day of claiming your prize. Country 89 is not providing transportation to and from the venue.

Prizing may change without notice and is subject to item/voucher availability and COVID -19 restrictions. Must be 19 years of age or older to qualify to win. One Entry is eligible per person. COUNTRY 89 – CKYYFM, its affiliates and any other companies involved within this promotion reserve the right to change contest format, rules and regulations at any time.

Employees of COUNTRY 89 – CKYYFM its affiliates and any other companies involved within this promotion are not eligible to win. By entering this contest, it is understood that you have read all the rules and regulations on this page along with the standard rules and regulations posted @ country89.com and understand in whole and you release COUNTRY 89 – CKYYFM, their affiliates and any other companies involved within this promotion from any liability to any circumstances from this promotion. The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of any prize (other than a cash prize). Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
