Niagara Regional Police launched an investigation on November 27 into a break-and-enter incident at Turkstra Lumber on Kent Avenue in Niagara Falls.
During the burglary, approximately $75,000 worth of plywood was stolen.
Through their investigation, detectives identified two suspects and discovered that the stolen lumber was being sold online.
On December 16, officers executed a search warrant at a residence near Merritt Road and King Street in Lincoln.
During the search, police arrested the suspects and uncovered additional stolen property, including approximately $250,000 worth of machinery taken from Cooper Rentals in Thorold and a forklift valued at $72,000, stolen from Battlefield Rentals in Stoney Creek.
Two Lincoln residents are now facing multiple charges related to the thefts.
