The Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators has recognized Niagara Region’s success in creating a consolidated transit system with its 2024 Award for Collaboration within municipalities.
CAMA recognized the Region for the municipal excellence and collaboration demonstrated through it’s regional transit service.
Niagara Region Transit was the result of an effort from Niagara Region and the 12 local municipalities to connect all of Niagara.
