A familiar face at Welland Fire & Emergency Services has a new role.
Acting Platoon Chief Mark Biggins was recently promoted to Platoon Chief for the ‘A’ Platoon of Welland Fire – the highest rank within the organization.
Biggins brings 26 years of experience to the role, and has been a member of Welland Fire for the last 22 years.
