A Welland man is celebrating a big lottery win after claiming the $350,000 top prize with INSTANT CROSSWORD EXTREME.
Richard Borgatti, who works in healthcare, has been a regular OLG player for the past 20 years, playing a few times each week.
With his winnings, Richard says he plans to travel to China to visit his son, spoil his grandchild, and retire.
The lucky ticket was purchased at Best Mart on Rice Road in Welland.
