
The CAA Worst Roads Campaign returns for its 22nd year, giving Ontario drivers a chance to highlight roads in need of repair.
CAA government relations consultant Brian Pirvu says the public call-out of Ontario’s worst roads has seen infrastructure funding made available and repairs made.
Audio PlayerAside from being uncomfortable to drive on, poor road conditions and potholes can also lead to a number issues for your vehicle including tire and rim damage, as well as suspension as sometimes your alignment could also be thrown off.
Pirvu notes a CAA survey done earlier this year validated the importance of good roads in terms of money saved by drivers.

Audio PlayerIn 2024, CAA ranked the five worst roads in the Niagara Region as Portage Road, Lundy’s Lane and Willoughby Drive in Niagara Falls, Sider Road in Fort Erie, and Ridge Road in Welland.
