
The countdown is on – the Welland Jackfish’s 2025 season is less than two months away, while the organization is working on making it as entertaining off the field as it is on the field.
In 2025, the team has 21 themed nights throughout the season – each offering fans at the ballpark a different experience when attending a Jackfish game.
President and Director of Fun Ryan Harrison says it truly offers something for everyone.
Audio PlayerLast season, the Jackfish finished with a 32-10 record on the year, while they won the Dominico Trophy as league champions in 2023.
Harrison says a big part of the fan experience also comes from familiar faces on the field.
Audio PlayerSince coming to Welland in 2018, the Jackfish have made a point of being a hyper-local team, providing a unique summer entertainment experience for residents of Niagara and Welland.
Harrison says that’s why they’ve got a night dedicated to just Welland as well.
