
Niagara College’s Research and Innovation division has helped St. Catharines-based Dispatch turn its coffee lemonade, Mazagran Coffee, into a commercial product.
Originally from Algeria, Mazagran has grown in popularity, and Dispatch worked with the College’s Food and Beverage Innovation Centre to bring it to market.
The team ensured food safety and helped scale production, leading to rapid sellouts and expanding distribution.
Now, Dispatch is partnering with cafes, restaurants, and hotels, making Mazagran available across Niagara.
