Prime Minister-designate Mark Carney will be sworn in as Canada’s new Prime Minister tomorrow at Rideau Hall.
Sources say his cabinet will be smaller – with 15 to 20 cabinet ministers.
Key players on the Canada-U.S. relations file, including Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly, Finance Minister Dominic LeBlanc and Innovation Minister François-Philippe Champagne, are expect to remain in cabinet.
