Niagara Regional Police have charged a Ridgeway man in connection with an illegal storefront.
In January, authorities investigated a shop called ‘Fun Guyz’ on East Main Street in Welland for selling products related to magic mushrooms.
On Thursday, police seized nearly $11,000 worth of items from the store, including mushrooms, edibles, tables, and cash.
38-year-old Kyle Von Ryan has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
