Peavey Mart, a well-known one-stop shop for farmers and rural communities across Canada, has confirmed plans to shut down 22 of its locations in Ontario and Nova Scotia.
The decision impacts several stores, including those in Grimsby and St. Catharines.
With 90 locations currently in operation, Peavey Mart has been a staple for agricultural supplies, tools, and rural necessities.
The closures, set to take effect by the end of April, are part of a larger restructuring effort aimed at adapting to market challenges and shifting consumer trends.
