What does home mean to you?
That’s the question that Habitat for Humanity Niagara is asking local children, as part of their annual writing contest to get kids thinking about their meaning of home.
Director of Philanthropy and Major Gifts Sarah Pritula says it’s a question they ask every year, but the answers are always different.
Pritula says they love hearing from local students.
With their entry, kids can win an iPad and pizza party for their class, while $10 will be donated locally for every submission to the contest made in Niagara.
Last year from the Niagara Region there were about 350 submissions.
