Niagara Regional Police have identified the victim of a homicide in Niagara Falls over the weekend.
Saturday morning, police were called to a home near Huron Street and St. Claire Avenue for a welfare check, where 59-year-old Lori Konrad was found dead.
Her son, 41-year-old Dale Vincent, was arrested and has been charged with second degree murder as a result.
