Peel Regional Police are searching for a Welland man in connection to a shooting in Brampton earlier this year.
On January 24th, police responded to a shooting at a hotel in Brampton, where a woman in her 20s was found with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
After a lengthy investigation, 25-year-old Niyo Hill of Welland was named as a suspect, and is wanted on eight different charges.
A search warrant of a home in Welland resulted in the seizure of a glock handgun, and charges for 27-year-old Nikkita Clarke-Banks of Welland.
Anyone who sees Hill is asked to contact police.
