A fatal hit and run in Port Colborne has led the the arrest of a Fort Erie man.
Police say sometime between 10:00pm on Saturday and midnight, a 53-year-old man was hit by a dark-coloured SUV on Silver Bay Road. The man was found around 4:30am in critical condition, and was later pronounced dead at the scene.
37-year-old Tyler MacDonald has been charged with failing to stop after an accident, resulting in death. His Jeep Commander was seized by police.
