A charity softball game is being held this week to help raise money for Victim Services locally.
On Friday, Niagara Regional Police will square off with the Niagara Falls Fire Department in the first police vs. fire charity softball classic at Oakes Park.
Money raised from ticket sales, raffles and a 50/50 draw will be supporting Victim Services, which works closely to provide emotional support and crisis intervention among other things to victims of crime and tragedy.
