A 21-year-old man has been arrested after Niagara Regional Police discovered multiple improvised explosive devices at a home in Niagara Falls.
Nearby homes were temporarily evacuated on Wednesday afternoon as officers uncovered the devices, which were in different stages of assembly.
The man now faces two charges related to explosives.
