Niagara Regional Police have arrested two people in connection to a human trafficking investigation.
Detectives were led to a hotel in Niagara Falls on Tuesday, and arrested 26-year-old Lomar Brown of Markham and a 16-year-old from Wasaga Beach. The Youth Criminal Justice Act of Canada prohibits the NRPS from releasing the identity of the accused young person in the matter.
The investigation remains ongoing as detectives suspect there may be more victims, or witnesses. Anyone who may have more information is asked to contact NRPS detectives.
