Niagara Regional Police say no charges have been laid regarding a call about a suspicious person in Niagara Falls.
Police say on May 20th around 9:00pm, a man was reported taking pictures and videos with children at Preakness Park.
After arriving, officers spoke with the man that matched the description, and confirmed he had not taken any photos or videos, and say the claims were false. Niagara Police urge the public to call 911 if they observe anything or anyone suspicious in the Niagara Region.
