A St. Catharines man is in hot water after an incident at the St. Catharines police station last week.
Police say on Thursday, a man was acting erratically at the station and allegedly tried to take the purse from an elderly woman. The woman was dragged through the lobby of the police station before the man was arrested by police.
39-year-old Ajitsingh Chandel has been charged with robbery, while the victim was treated for serious injuries at a local hospital.
