As Black History Month continues, a number of events are being held across the Niagara Region – including this weekend in Welland.
Rochelle Bush, Creator of the Harriet Tubman Tour, says speaking to residents is important to her to spread the word about Black History in the Niagara Region.
Bush adds that learning about Black History is important to recognize the contributions of the black community to the world we know today.
She’ll be speaking Saturday starting at 2:00pm at centre court in the Seaway Mall, free of charge and welcome to all.
