A Niagara Falls woman plans on buying herself a new television after winning $50,000 playing the lottery.
Joan Walker was playing Instant Bingo last month when she won on the last number of her card, before bursting into tears of happiness.
Walker, a longtime lottery player, says this is her first major win and adds that she feels blessed. She bought her ticket at Niagara Variety on Victoria Avenue in Niagara Falls.
