Tools of Empowerment for Success Niagara partnered with Brock University Professional and Continuing Studies to initiate a collaborative community project combating human trafficking in Niagara.
The Welland-based non-profit, supported by funding from the Government of Canada’s Women and Gender Equality office, aims to develop a code of conduct and resources for the hospitality and tourism sector.
The project, inspired by a European Union practice, focuses on prevention and engaging key stakeholders in the community.
