The Niagara SPCA has announced the sudden passing of Executive Director, John Greer.
Throughout his illustrious career, John spearheaded significant advancements in animal welfare, including pioneering initiatives like Ontario’s first mobile spay/neuter clinic and a low-cost clinic in Welland.
His dedication extended to community programs such as rabies and microchip clinics, culminating in his recent project, the Pet Space shelter in Niagara Falls.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Niagara SPCA & Humane Society for the Pet Space Project.
