A trustee with the Niagara Catholic District School Board has breached the board’s trustee code of conduct, according to other board members.
The decision in regard to Natalia Benoit came from the school board yesterday, as she will be relieved of all her duties at a trustee, and banned from all meetings until June.
Chair Danny Di Lorenzo says while he’s sorry the board had to go through this process, he believes they made the right decision, adding that the focus moving forward must be on education.
