Welland resident Gordon Albu struck gold with ENCORE, winning $100,000 by matching the last six of seven numbers in the ONTARIO 49 draw on September 6, 2023.
Gordon, a lottery enthusiast since its inception, was pleasantly surprised when he discovered his win the day after the draw.
He intends to use the windfall to buy property.
