Starting February 1, drivers on Highway 407 between Burlington and Pickering, will face increased tolls after a four-year freeze.
The toll company, Highway 407 ETR, announced a one to 11 cents per kilometre hike for light vehicles, with rates varying by time and zone.
Despite the increase, personal customers can anticipate a monthly bill rise of less than five dollars.
