Niagara Catholic students in grades 11 and 12 with an interest in healthcare or early childhood education can soon earn two college credits while in high school.
The recently approved programs, Communication in Healthcare 1 and Foundations of ECE 1, are offered in collaboration with Niagara College.
Students delve into written communication for healthcare careers and explore play-based learning and Early Childhood Education principles.
Completion of the courses through the School College Work Initiative earns students both college and high school credits, with tuition-free access to resources and transportation.
