An 81-year-old Toronto man has been arrested and charged for allegedly exposing himself in a parking lot in St. Catharines.
Niagara Regional Police say on Friday afternoon, officers were called to the parking lot of 12 Mile Creek where the accused allegedly exposed himself while walking behind a woman.
Clement Gonsalves was taken into custody faces a charge of committing an indecent act in a public place. He was was released on a Form 10 – Undertaking and is expected to appear in court on December 22nd, 2023.
