Lakeshore Catholic High School briefly went into hold-and-secure today, unrelated to yesterday’s lockdown at Port Colborne High.
Police assure it was due to a threat outside the school community. The all-clear was given, and students and staff were safe to leave the building. St. Therese Catholic Elementary School also had a hold-and-secure, but it was also lifted.
Port Colborne High faced a lockdown yesterday, and two 15-year-olds face charges after a gun was found outside.
