CANADA/US BORDER – Canada/U.S. border crossing at I90 in Niagara are now open after a shooting at the crossing.
Three individuals were shot on Interstate-190, located just north of downtown Buffalo. Tragically, one person has been confirmed dead.
As a result of the incident, the southbound lanes of Interstate-190 were temporarily closed at Exit 9, the Peace Bridge, for an extended period while the police conducted their investigation.
The highway has since been reopened.
State Police have concluded their investigation at the scene. All lanes are now open and the diversion has been lifted. No traffic delays. The criminal investigation is ongoing.
