The City of Niagara Falls presents the 4th annual Spooky Awards competition for 2023.
This Halloween-themed decorating contest is open to Niagara Falls residents, offering prizes for People’s Choice, Judge’s Choice, and Best Effects. In 2022, more than 60 properties participated.
Winners are revealed on October 31 at niagarafalls.ca/spooky, helping residents plan their Halloween route.
