Niagara-on-the-Lake invites community feedback for its 2024 budget through a survey on the ‘Join the Conversation’ platform.
The survey is open until October 13th, and aims to gather input that will help shape the 2024 budget to align with community priorities.
Staff say your input is crucial in ensuring a comprehensive and community-focused budget that covers various services and programs.
“An inclusive budget process is essential for setting the Town up for success, and soliciting public feedback is vital to this process,” stated Lord Mayor Gary Zalepa. “In order to financially position the Town for a successful and sustainable future, Council needs to first understand which aspects of service residents want to see improved. On behalf of Town Council, I appreciate the guidance and direction of the Finance Staff and the Senior Management Team, and encourage all community members to participate in this survey.”
