Big Brothers Big Sisters of Niagara concluded their first annual BIG Start shopping event at the Pen Centre.
Over two days, mentors and staff accompanied waitlisted youth for a $200 Pen Centre Gift Card shopping spree.
Thanks to donations from Mayor Siscoe’s Score Charity Golf Tournament and the 2023 Regional Chair’s Charity Golf Tournament, 250 backpacks filled with school supplies were given away.
BBBSN plans to make this an annual event.
