Mayor Redekop and Fort Erie Council are excited to announce a generous land donation by Fred Costabile, the developer behind Harbourtown Village.
The donation involves 22 acres of riparian lands east of Waverly Beach Park, contributing to conservation efforts and public use.
The transfer of title was completed on August 14th. This acquisition addresses the important issue of Lake Erie shoreline access and adds to Fort Erie’s Lake Erie property portfolio.
