The 5th annual Niagara-on-the-Lake Hydro Box Beautification Competition, presented by the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre and Niagara-on-the-Lake Hydro, is back.
Artists from the Niagara Region will transform three hydro boxes with nature, local history, and transportation-themed artwork.
An exhibition at the Walker Room Gallery in the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre will run from August 11 to October 21, 2023, showcasing the submissions.
The community can participate in selecting the People’s Choice award by voting for their favorite artwork between August 11 and September 10, 2023.
A jury will choose two winning designs, including the People’s Choice winner, to be announced on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at 7:00 pm.
