A Niagara Falls man has turned $1 into $100,000.
John Carruthers, a retired teacher, matched the last six ENCORE numbers in exact order on June 7th.
Carruthers, a regular lottery player, always adds ENCORE to his tickets.
He is excited to share the winnings with family, save some, and complete home projects.
Carruthers also plans to treat his grandkids to a trip to Disney.
The winning ticket was bought at Shell on Dorchester Road in Niagara Falls.
