The Niagara College Teaching Distillery has introduced five new spirits crafted by the Artisan Distilling Class of 2023.
They include Mediterranean Vodka, Tanzanite Gin, Class Amigos Agave, Fruit and Honey Fusion, and Eastern Hospitality.
The spirits were developed as capstone projects by the students.
NC’s Teaching Distillery also won two silvers and a bronze medal at the 2023 U.S. Open Whisky and Spirits Championship.
Their Spirits 101 Single Malt Whisky, Spirits 101 Spiced Rum, and School Spirits Vodka were recognized.
