Emergency personnel responded around 5:10 Tuesday afternoon to a collision on Dorchester Road north of Calaguiro Drive in Niagara Falls. The Initial investigation by Niagara Regional Police has determined that a 35-year-old Fort Erie man was operating a 2010 BMW northbound on Dorchester Road when he lost control and collided with a guard rail. Tragically, the driver who was the solo occupant in the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene. The circumstances related to the cause of the collision remain under investigation.
