No in juries have been reported after a fire at a recycling plant on Allanport Road in Thorold Tuesday afternoon. Firefighters were called to the blaze at Environmental 360 Solutions Niagara Waste Management Services just before 3pm. Thorold Fire asked residents in the area of Centre Street, Barron Rd, Gainer Rd and Henderson to stay inside away from the smoke and to close windows. Fire officials say the plant contained just household waste, and there were no hazardous materials. The cause of the blaze is not yet known.
