Cindy Lutz “gives and gives and doesn’t take in return” and that, says her nominator Tina Brereton, makes her well worthy of ‘Rockstar Employee’ recognition.
As busy as she is as vice-president of Beyond The Streets Welland, Lutz is a single mom of two teenage boys. Still, along with her colleagues, she makes the time – much of that her own time – to help those most at need in the community.
Noting Lutz “is my little sister and I’m so proud of her,” Brereton’s motivation for putting Lutz’s name forward as a Rockstar Employee is as sincere as it is simple – “She should be acknowledged for all that she does.” Lutz, for her part, is grateful.
