Groundhog Day is coming up this Thursday, and while fans of Wiarton Willie in Ontario and Punxsuntawney Phil in Pennsylvania await their predictions on whether or not we can expect six more weeks of winter, Niagara will see the return of it’s own furry weather prognosticator. Fenwick Flossie is scheduled to return to Centennial Park for the first time in three years. The Fabulous Fenwick Lions have organized the annual tradition for 27 years. Children from three area schools, St. Ann Catholic, Fonthill Montessori preschool and Wellington Heights Public School will be at the park for the event, which will get under way at 10 a.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
